These Laguiole-style knives are crafted from the highest quality stainless steel, with full tang construction.
The blade and handle are one unit, offering users a stable and easy cutting action.

Handles are glued with rivet posts | Wooden handles are lacquered (but not recommended for dishwasher use)
The high quality plastic used in the handle construction of some of these knives is dishwasher resistant
